In order to win a tub of Green MIGHT, you must prove your might! There will be 3 different ways in which you can prove your might. Each show of might will be given THREE days to allow submissions. You may submit an attempt as many times as you wish. Once the time is up, a winner is chosen and onto the next show of might.
Days 1-3: Two-handed 25lb Plate Pinch
-Standing up with your feet apart so the plates do not drop on your feet, take two 25lb steel plates. Plates must not be rubber coated and must have a smooth side. Verify the plate's weight in the video by displaying the numbers.
-After verifying the plate's weight, place the 25lb plates together, with smooth sides facing away from each other.
-Pinch the plates together using both hands like this: http://wilfleming.com/wp-content/upl..._pinchWEB2.png
-Once the plates leave the floor the clock starts. The plates must not touch anything else. If the plates touch anything other than your hands holding them, or drop to the ground, the clock ends, and that is your time.
-No chalk, liquid grip, or any substance used to enhance your grip is allowed.
-Whoever holds them the longest, wins.
There will be both MALE and FEMALE categories.
Winner of each will win x1 Green Might, x1 White Flash, and a shaker bottle. You're welcome to participate in all 3 events but you may only win once.

Second Challenge
Days 4-6: Dumbell Clean & Press
-Clean the dumbell from the floor and get it pressed out overhead
-The lift must be completed with it locked out and controlled and with full hip and knee extension. Lower the dumbell to your shoulder and bring it to the floor in a controlled manner. Respect your gym.
-Reps will be the judges in determining if it's a good lift or not.
-Whoever completes the heaviest Single-arm dumbell clean & press, wins.
Just get a dumbell from the ground to locked out and controlled over head, with a safe/controlled return. One hand. Snatch it if you like. I wanted this to be a barbell snatch at first but safety and gym rule concerns dialed it back.
