    Unhappy Help?

    I’m like 165 lbs
Around 5 feet 10 inches in height
    15 years old

I’m trying to increase my weight to bulk
but first i’m training for strength

My bench is 155 for like 5 but for some reason it’s a struggle nowadays i can only do it for 1(muscles might be fatigued idk)
When and how should i bulk I wanna be 180 but I don’t want my ratios on my numbers to be worst than they are now.

Also i have very long arms any tips for increasing it.
And any exercises to build massive shoulders?

Okay, first of all, if you're 15 why does your avatar show your age to be 48?

Secondly, this sub-forum is for the sport of Olympic Weightlifting which comprises the competition lifts of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Lastly, we would need to know what programming (weight, sets, and reps) that you're following now. Outside of that, look at Stronglifts 5x5 and eat

eat a 10-20% caloric surplus, and do the starting strength training program. Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep.
