I have been hitting one muscle group really a day and it feels great. But I am wondering if waiting a week or 6 days until repeating a muscle group is bad. This is my schedule:
Sunday-back/traps
Monday-shoulders,abs
Tuesday-legs
Thursday-tricep,bicep, and forearm
Friday-Abs
Saturday-chest
Please let me know if I am in a good position or not. Btw I take bcaa before workout and whey gold after.
