    Post How many muscle groups should I hit a day?

    I have been hitting one muscle group really a day and it feels great. But I am wondering if waiting a week or 6 days until repeating a muscle group is bad. This is my schedule:
    Sunday-back/traps
    Monday-shoulders,abs
    Tuesday-legs
    Thursday-tricep,bicep, and forearm
    Friday-Abs
    Saturday-chest

    Please let me know if I am in a good position or not. Btw I take bcaa before workout and whey gold after.

    Your workout plan is pretty good. But why do you have abs alone on friday? I suggest you add another arm day in that schedule.

    Hit every muscle group 2-3x a week, with 40-70 reps per muscle group (closer to 40 for beginners)
