I'm back. On the wagon again! Last year I lost 30 pounds in 4 months with the shocking, earth-shattering, game-changing strategy of Eat Less and Exercise More. Then I went on a one-month hiatus around the holidays and just never got back into it. I've since gained back about 20 of it, and it's time to cut again. So here we go.
Long-Term Goal:
I have not weighed less than 200 pounds since I was about a junior in high school. I'm in my 40s now. I got down to 204 last year and I felt great, I want to break through to below 200.
