Re: Mixon
Have you seen his catches this pre-season? This dude could make the transition to WR easy. Got him as a lock for 50+ catches. He'll have a solid floor because of his receiving ability.

Mixon is a good pass catcher but he's not running the way he did in clllege/rookie year. Timid AF
Not at his current ADP

What yuja said. Michel has been extremely underwhelming this off season. He's missed almost a month of camp due to injury and knowing Belichick, Michel isn't going to play just because he was a high draft pick. When he was healthy and participating in camp, he wasn't getting 1st team reps...at least not enough to actually be fantasy relevant. Their RB coach said he likes what he saw from Michel before injury, but based on what I was reading on daily camp practices, what the RB coach said and what was happening in practice didn't match up.

I won’t be drafting him and less he drops into that eighth or ninth round… Which I think is probably unlikely in my legs… But I will also say that he has somebody I will probably target fairly heavily around week five or six in trades
As awful as it sounds, I think the New England backfield almost needs an injury for some of the guys there to have standalone value… But if attrition concentrates the touches on monks two or three of them… Then I think you could see a significant roiMFC

Dynasty question:
My significant WRs are...Diggs, Landry, Smith-Schuster, A. Robinson, Fuller
Someone is offering me their 2nd round pick this year (picking right now) and 2nd round pick next year. Would you do this?
Currently best RB/WRs on the board are Moore, Kirk, R. Jones, Sutton...plus a second rounder next year.
Edit: I should say we only start 2 WRs and a flex. So, he definitely won't be in my starting lineup (besides byes of course).

Just the two picks for my Allen Robinson
We are in the middle of the draft right now. (We do a 7 round text draft)
So, those are the four top rookies still available. DJ Moore.
A Rob has only had one good year, but obviously an excellent year. Not completely sold on Mitchell T.
Talk me in or out of it!
Lmao I just realized I left out who I was giving up in first post. Sorry about that.Last edited by BrianK.; 08-28-2018 at 04:55 PM.

He rescinded his offer anyways. I was hesitant myself, but taking risks in dynasty is usually the way to go. The ones who don’t trade in our league usually don’t make the playoffs. I probably would have pulled the trigger but only because at the moment he wouldn’t start one game for me unless there were injuries or I needed him for a bye week. Wouldn’t need him for flex either as I have better options at RB and maybe even TE.
I’m only saying this because I’m not sold on Trubisky.
Oh well. I’m sure I’ll be back to bounce ideas off you guys. Thanks.

Heard he said yesterday that he's around 85%, will play once the season starts, but doubts he will be at 100% at all this year. Whatever the hell that all means. I like Baldwin too and agree on the talent fall off after him in drafts, but what else does Seattle have? I don't see Brandon Marshal being a target hog, and I don't see Wilson's fantasy value falling off a cliff either. Maybe he'll just run for like 1,000 yards this year.

Had pick 1, ten man standard. I did a heap of mocks and decided going WR for my 2nd and 3rd pick which left me with a decent RB like Drake/Collins for my 4th pick. Whereas I didn't like my WR options at the same time.
Anyway it all got thrown out the window, one guys first draft and fked up, took a kicker second... not as a joke just an accident, didn't know how to draft i guess? Then he exited and it auto drafted really strange for some reason (lots of QB and no WRs until the end). Anyway everything got thrown out and guys i weren't excepting were popping up. Plus the odd potato pick since none of us really follow it (aussieland brahs).
Should've chosen Adams instead of Allen but who GAF I'm cheering. Zero faith in Olsen and his backup is meh, but rest should fire. Hopefully one of Ingram/Shady can live up to their previous form. Thought I killed it but others had solid teams too.
