what do you guys think? This will be done at my home gym...the equipment I have allows for all these workouts...not sure if it's too much..

Bench Press 4x6-8
BB Row 4x6-8
BB Shoulder Press 4x6-8
Pull-Ups 3-4x6-8
Lying Tricep Extension 3x8-10
BB Curls 3x8-10
Side Raise 3x8-10
Lower 1
Back Squat 4x4-6
Lunges 4x8-10
Deadlift 4x4-6
Calf Raise 3x8-10
Leg Raise 3x8-10
Upper 2
Arnold Press 4x4-6
Pull-Ups 4x4-6
Incline DB Press 4x6-8
Chest Supported Row 4x6-8
Overhead Tricep Extension 3x8-10
Incline DB Curl 3x8-10
Front Raise 3x8-10
Lower 2
Sumo Deadlift 4x4-6
Step Ups 3x8-10
Calf Raise 3x8-10
Crunches 3x8-10
Squats 4x4-6
For the lower days, I would do squats and deadlifts first, before the other exercises. I'd also substitute face pulls, or reverse flys, for the front raises on upper 2 day.
