Got out of work late
Just hit a squat PR, 315x4 at my lowest body weight. Not the 315x10 I used to be at but still better than 3 last week. Reps to anyone who’s awake
Feels fuking alpha as fuk squatting late night after some coffee. Lol @ casual commercial gymgoers stopping to watch me when this would be warmup at any powerlifting gym

used to lift at 2am when all I had was uni and no work, felt good man. Only bad experience I've had with that is when I went back to the parking structure and they were power washing everything, had to walk through grimy mist to get to my car.

Generally trained at 9-10PM after work when I was powerlifting since squatting/deadlifting first thing in the morning isn't the smartest.
Now that my body is broken and I'm not powerlifting anymore right now I just lift before work in the morning. Feels great to get it out of the way.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Absolutely horrible
BRB ****s your sleep up (train at 10pm - 11pm how to sleep after?)
BRB can't really eat a big meal after
BRB feel like fuken chit the next day
BRB body shouldn't be producing high cortisol at that stage (inefficient)

Trained early mornings before work for years
Trained peak hour for years
Trained in lunch break for years
Trained late night for years
Prefer peak hour or late night as I’m not rushed
