I like how Coconut Crème is naturally flavored and uncolored! Quite curious to see how well 3g of MCT would energize heavy high & low rep sets so would certainly be in to log and hopefully get a more defined six pack, currently only have 4 abs visible.Originally Posted by coolaidml

I would like to use BCAA Ripped Black to cut some extra layer of fat that I granted by eating more carbs than normal in the past few months... I like the combination of MCT and CLA as a non stimulant fat burner. It let me use it at night. My training is on point and I'm cleaning my diet.
