Hi everybody,
When I workout my chest, I feel my triceps hard. And just after the third or the forth exercise tops, my triceps can't lift any weight anymore.
I tried to go for light weights and I still have that problem. I don't know what to do. Any help please?

Everything... I can't tell you what the problem is, if I don't know anything about you. Are you a beginner with terrible muscular endurance? Are you doing a routine unsuitable for your strength level and training experience?
If you're not willing to give out information about yourself, then don't expect any to help you here.
