Some things where supersetted others had only a 20-30 second break. Heart rate started up the whole time and was breathing heavy for the last 20 mins. Great intensity today

Update for the past week
Been dosing the same way 3 pills am and 3 pm
- recovery time has improved , since I workout everyday I do get tired towards the end of my run before I take off. But I have been feeling great and not planning a day off any time soon. I may actually hit 30 days straight without a day off from the gym.
- soreness has gone way down , I barely feel sore anymore other than my back but I have been pulling lots of deads and heavy bent over rows.50% of my posts are 100% factual

Been doing my upper lower splits and things I have noticed
Dumbbell bench flat and incline - reps have increased as rest time has decreased. I have been adding in 2 extra sets per workout which is huge.
Deadlift - weight is flying off the floor and feeling good after each set. I don’t go super heavy anymore I stick with 315-365 and do quick fast pulls. Still get out of breath but I’m moving quicker and shorter rest times.
Rows are a joke now lol don’t know why but man I fell like I can do bent over rows for tons of reps.50% of my posts are 100% factual

Decent volume workout. Have not really benched heavy in a while and it felt great. Weight moved easily and probably could of pushed myself harder but was really tired. Barely slept last night and it’s been over 3 weeks I think since last day off from the gym50% of my posts are 100% factual
