Wink First contest prep advice for 18 yo female?

Hey y’all. I am 18 years old and live in the Nashville area. I will be competing in one (maybe two) shows that are 3 months out. I do have a coach and have been on a set plan for a month now. (Workouts and diets) and I have seen progress. I have followed everything he says to do and I have definitley leaned out and dropped some lbs.i don’t want to have any regrets on the way I went through my prep when it comes time for the shows. So Id like to ask does anyone have any advice or tips for me for the next 3 months?
Also I’d like to mention lately I’ve been feeling like even though I follow everything coach says and have seen results I wonder if I should be doing even more. Do you/have you felt this way?
    Thanks for your time!

Trust the process, sounds like everything is going well and your coach is doing a good job.

I would trust your coach, and if you have any doubts or concerns just bring it up to him/her.

    We all have those thoughts!
    Shoulda, coulda, woulda
Part of the whole process is learning what works for you and what doesn't; then making the adjustments for the following shows.
I'd say, for now, if you are making weekly progress, then trust and stick with the plan. You will see how you come in this first show and you will definitely make some adjustments for your second.
Main thing is to have fun with it and enjoy the whole process!
