    You cannot lose muscle in a week, probably unless you ate nothing at all and even then you'd probably just look leaner.

    You would however, lose muscle retention/glycogen/water/fullness in your muscles that merely comes back within 2-3 days of eating carbs

    i cringe so bad when i see people talking about 'losing muscle'
