Can Someone PLEASE Help Me. Long Story Short....I Stuck To My Diet WAAAAAY Too Long, Which Is One Of The Reason I Am Binging. The Whole Month Of May I've Been Binging And Yesterday Was My Worst. Binged On Cookies, Crackers And Other ****...**** That I Don't Eat Or Even Bother Eating. No Matter How Many Times I Get Back On Track With My Diet, Not Even A Diet, Just Trying To Stay Healthy, My Body Is Still Not Satisfied. I've Been Looking For Help, Nutritionists etc And Nothing. Should I See A Doctor Or Something? I Just Really Want The Binge To Stop. Please Somebody.

How strict was your diet O.o
Dieting doesn't have to be boring at all..
Be lenient and even add spices to flavor it up.
A whole month is concerning.. so definitely revamp your mindset and get back on track!

1. self control
2. have some foods pre-made that you can eat in quantity that won't throw you too far off track. Ive been using oven roasted cauliflower lately, I season it with Cajun or garlic salt etc, and have it in the fridge. with the olive oil for roasting its only 210 cals/ for 10oz so you can have a pretty good and filling plate of it for relatively low "damage" to your daily intake...
