Damn I liked stone too. Oh well, I'll drink local. So, I used to be a big fan of Stone beers, mainly the IPAs. I was good for several hundred bucks or more a year in Stone sales and so were many of my friends. Well these liberal San Diego California jagoffs thought it would be cute to come out with Impeach IPA, a peach-flavored IPA that came with a speech about how we are all thinking it, let's just do it. It came out January.
I saw it at a local craft beer shop (my pic above), and asked the owner about it. I told him as soon as I heard about that, I decided I'll never spend another penny on a Stone beer, and he said he's heard that from hundreds of people. To the point where they are thinking about dropping Stone due to the low sales. Another beer rep I talked to said the same thing, Stone sales have gone in the toilet and many bars are dropping it altogether.
This was the official description for the beer when it came out:
"It’s what a lot of us are thinking. We want to shout I’M PEACH from the rooftops. Yet, we’re afraid of the potential alienation from select peach-hating members of our friends and family. We want to call for an I’M PEACH, but we’re afraid that we’ll look soft. Peach soft, like some freedom hating sissy, right? Nope. Not in our world. We know peaches are for the righteous. We’ve seen the light of their sweet juicy glory and how they pair excellently with the standup character of an American IPA. It’s not just right for you, it’s right for the country. You’re proud of our beautiful nation. You support good taste. Have an I’M PEACH party and we’ll unite hops, peaches, and each other."
This is the official description now:
"Who wants to kick fruit out of beer? Not us. When done right, adding orange or grapefruit or tangerine can contribute a deeper level of delicious complexity to the beer. In this case, peach was the perfect complement to enhance the substantial bill of hops in this double IPA. May its reign last more than a few terms."
Enjoy karma you fukking liberal fuktards

Wow, that's pretty stupid. I know they're Californian, so what can you really expect? But still. I liked them too.

Just ordered one myself!
Also picked this up today,
Pistol with carbine length handguard and flash can. Plan is to eventually suppress it. I'm about to order a wider charging handle too. This thing take some serious effort to charge. Hoping it will get a little easier with time/shooting.

Not in my hands. I've shot pistols before, but never something like an AR-15. Squeeze lightly on the trigger and the resulting explosion of firepower is humbling and deafening (even with ear protection).
The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don't know what you're doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions — loud like a bomb — gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable.
