I am 15, I bench 180 pounds and my one rep curl is 55 pounds in one hand. My max EZ bar curl is 125 pounds. I weigh 140 pounds. Is this good and how can i continue to increase. I drink creatine but that is about it. Is it good? Can i keep increasing?
