Nitric oxide ??

Hi, I’m currently taking meds for depression. I’ve heard they can supress nitric oxide.

Is this true ?
And could I still build muscle if it does lower NO??

Yes you can still accrue lean tissue.

Yes NO helps give bigger pumps by increasing blood flow, it won't effect the tissue damage and repair cycles. The main benefit to it is the blood flow will carry more nutrients to your muscles faster...and the bigger pump
