I have the extreme orange flavor , which tastes amazing . this defenetly helps satisfy my cravings for sweets .the label suggests that this is taken before and during workouts . I am on a budget so I just use this during my workouts . the weather is getting warmer so this realy hits the spot during the workout . it defenetly keeps me hydrated during my workouts . besides having a nice amount of aminos it also has some caffeine in it . my energy and pump is great from start to finish .

I just have a sip in between sets . it is realy difficult not to just drink it all at once. it is that good . muscletech realy did a great job with flavoring this one .

Awesome! I actually have a tub of this myself to try.

When I'm taking aminos, I sip mine intraworkout as well. Seems to allow me to "drink more water" when its so tasty!
