Hey so im 16 years old 187cm and weigh 88kg.
Ive been training for about 1 and a half years but for some reason i stopped seeing gainz.
So my goals are to get to 9-10% bf and to gain as much lean muscle as I can.
I have never dieted before cause im very bad at it and usually break the diet after like a week.
But its cause ive only tried strict diets where I eat the same food everyday and get bored.
What exactly should I do to reach my goal ?

What program are you following? What do you squat, bench, and dead lift?
