Weekend went well. Too fast as usual. Having issues sleeping. It has nothing to do with this, and more of finally transferring kiddo to his own room. Besides lack of energy from that everything is going well. Did some grocery shopping today. Manager's special ground turkey. Bought 6lbs of it. Freezer time! No new issues.

Weekend too dang fast as usual. Not really made any gains in weight over the week. Some Gronk bars are going to be here tomorrow to help refuel along with some whey thanks to Koweanguy assisting me. He suggested an interesting recipe too which I'll give it a go to help further increase protein.

Definitely enjoyed them before. Will throw up some pics. I grabbed them as soon as they hit the porch. Was melted a decent amount sadly, but nothing my handy dandy freezer can't fix. They are sitting in there as we speak. They won't look as pretty as usual, but they'll still taste just as good!
Last bars I got were melty too and.my porch is even roofed. No getting around that heat lol. I read somewhere else that people are getting even action figures melted in the mail in Japan. Sun ain't messing around.
Oh I got chocolate caramel peanut butter by the way. Still took a bite of one before sticking it and the box in the freezer. Taste fantastic! Also got the vanilla funnel cake Nitro Tech too.

Down two bottles. Started the last bottle a few days ago. I've gained another lb. Slow and steady is fine with me. No fat here please. My pecs have hardened up weirdly enough.

I've been doing WAY better on my eating lately. Hoping to keep it up. The scales are showing it too. Loving these Gronk bars still. Have. A few left. Between those and Slim Jim's I have easy access to snack protein.

Just another week or so and the last bottle is done. Not much to update on. No new changes have occurred. Just trouble sleeping. The only side effect I've noticed while on this was increased acne. Although I can't be certain until I'm done. I doubt it this stuff because that would be weird?

Well I didn't pass the running part.
Has to get 1.5 miles in 12.51. I did more like 18 min. I almost never do cardio so I got in trouble for that.
Push ups I was able to 41 of the 28 required. Sit ups were similar.
To prepare for future events looks like I'll be adding in lots of cardio and changing my goals. Any tips on increasing my run time are greatly appreciated.
Besides that I believe I only have a week or so worth of capsules left. Will post my after stats once complete. Never noticed any for sure side effects this entire time.

10 minutes of Cardio *Treadmill machine alternating between running and fast walking*
Added cardio to my routine due to the embarrassment I suffered. I'm not going to let that happen next time I have a physical. Other than that this is my last week. I'll be wrapping this up soon. Will be getting my stats and comparing them to my before. I've actually stopped checking my weight so I'm very curious what it will be. If appearance changes are decent enough will add a before and after picture at the end of this too. This product definitely helped with the addition of hard work. Sure there was some set backs but everyone is human. I can only continue to strive to do better.

Finished my final bottle. Wow.. I can't believe it's been 90 days. Grabbing my stats tomorrow. Then I'm to wait a week to male sure there is no effects after I'm off too. Review afterwards. Thanks for following along! Stay tuned for final thoughts once a week has passed.

Sorry for the late finish.
Anyway, It's been over a week since I took my last one. I've noticed a loss of energy and a bit of lethargy since stopping. Acne hasn't improved much so I've knocked that off the list of only side effects while taking this.
I started out with
Weight : 148.4 lbs
BF : 12.2%
I ended with
Weight : 153 lbs
BF : 13%
Not a huge increase in fat with a nice increase in bodyweight in my opinion. If I had been on a better diet then the gains would have probably been more near 155 lbs. Thanks to picking up an additional job I now work 64 hours a week so money no longer will be an issue for my diet.
In my personal opinion I don't look much different than I did. However, most of the gain was muscle, and I've always found it ard for me to put on much so I feel pretty accomplished.
I'd say this product did help give me some edge on my gains lately. My lifts did improve. I went up at least 15lbs on each 1rm for squats, bench, and deadlifts.
I tried to stay away from much accessory lifts and tried sticking to the basics as you can see in my log.
Only other effect I've noticing now that I'm off is i tend to be more sore two days after lifts. So it's not a magical pill but if you want a little assistance it will help.
