So due to being irresponsible and reckless due to kept being told to bulk, ended up in a semi bad spot, so have decided to cut, my plan is to get to a nice lean body fat percentage then lean bulk to finally get rid of this skinny fat look, I'll leave a picture of the end of bulk (yes im aware im carrying a ton of body fat) and if you think its possible I could get to a lean base within the next 8 weeks? P.S im 4 weeks into cutting not major changes and weight on scale has gone down roughly 1-2 pounds but fluctuates up mostly.
The first 2 pics are current pictures and i know lightings different but can you notice any changes?

How did you gain only fat on your bulk and how did you only lose 1-2 lbs, which is most likely water weight in a month.
