    UGH - sorry for no weigh in (or check in with others) last week. I am almost at the 1 year anniversary since my father passed and really checked out mentally before/during/after father's day. I'm getting back to me now - but will be rough till end of summer, prolly. Next month is 1 year and August was his birthday (he would have been 60). We were best friends and worked together since I was 15 (i'm 40).

    This weeks weight is 253.9lbs. Thursday was my weigh in for my 90 day challenge and I was actually down to 251.4lbs. Ended up finishing down 53lbs over the 90 day challenge. I'm taking it easy this week so I'm not expecting much loss for next week.

    I had another weekend on being on track with diet!!

    I had enjoyed my bulk entirely too much and it didn't help that my hubby started baking all types of goodies from sweets to savories.
    Well, he has to stop now. Doctors orders 1 bake per month and more veggies for him. I'm hoping with the fewer carbs he is supposed to consume there will be less temptation in the house.
    He doesn't watch his diet or train at all. Its how I found him and who I also used to be. I only began working out 5 years ago. Hoping his doctor can get him in the gym.

    What an annoying week so far... caught some viral infection over the weekend and have progressively been feeling worse and weaker. Result is I’ve now missed 4 days worth of training/running. I suppose given that my appetite has vanished I’ll still lose something but it’s not quite how I want to go about it...

    sux.....i let myself underfeed and get dehydrated yesterday and had the worst dehyd headache of my life...and that's really saying something. i'm sure my electrolytes will be jacked for a while.

    **pay attention to that - easy to get off when you are not well.** and fixing it causes water retention in my experience.

    It’s nice there’s another loss but I seriously wish I would feel better now. A week with a sore throat and constantly feeling weak/exhausted is infuriating.

    On the positive side despite not even being halfway to my target weight, I’m now noticing reasonable visual changes and clothes are becoming looser.

    85.6kg is a 24 hr fasted weight so expect to get back up to 86kg ish tomorrow when I eat normally and my water weight goes back up. However, still progress made. Haven't seen 85kg on the scale since 2017!

    I might add a touch more cardio. At the moment I'm doing 10 about minutes a day of very light stationary biking and Strong lifts 3x a week. I might up the biking to 20-30 mins a day and/or add a touch of aqua aerobics (once a week). I'd like to get my weekly losses up to 1.5% of body weight while I'm heavy enough to support it. The sooner (within reason) I get to a point where my weight doesn't impact my mobility as much (about 20 more lbs) the easier life and losing will be.

    I went to a wedding, ate more than usual and drank lots last weekend. Then through the week I ate at a deficit. I really didn't expect to lose weight but I weighed in at 252.5lbs
