Weighed myself a few times his morning to try and get a steady reading, it’s 268.0 one time then 266.2 and keeps alternating between them..... will record the heaviest on here and hope to see a whoosh next week, fingers crossed (and calories counted obviously)
Weight wise I haven’t done well this time around but I have seen a big difference in the way clothes fit including moving down a size in jeans, shirts etc. So not losing heart and will be staying with it

Very well, i'm totally off the schedule by now, but since i'm more worried about getting stronger, i won't rush the weight loss, currently seeking a new bench pr after almost 2 months totally stalled (terrible lift for me hahah), i'm close to rep my previous 1rm.
If i can do it while maintaining weight or just losing really slow, i'll be worth it.

Weird/interesting one this week. On one hand, I know for a fact my diet was good and I hit the cardio really hard this week (only one day off so far being Wednesday to recover), yet I’m the same weight as last week. I do only count calories though and not so much macros, so I wonder if that’s what slowed me down this week.
On the other hand, the visible changes are now noticeable to everyone around me, and to myself as well. Tried a few shirts on that at the start of this thread I couldn’t fit into and I look and feel great in them. I also feel really fit and healthy lately - getting up at 7am for work seems really easy now.
Oh well, onto next week.

Yesterday I went back to the Gym (haven´t gone for a while due to elbow injury...)
I Know i can do treadmill, and other machines, but that injury served as an excuse for not going....
Gonna make an "reset" and refocus on my goals.

Well, I over ate last weekend too. So far the hottest days of this summer coupled with the FIFA world cup final kind of made fall off the wagon a bit. There was some barbecue and beer both days this weekend. Today I woke up at 98.3 kg, so not that bad. 0.7 kg gain from last Friday, but I am lucky if I can get back to where I was last Friday for this weeks weigh in... I did do 90 minutes of pretty intense cross country cycling both Friday and Saturday so maybe that negates some of the calories eaten, but certainly not all. Pretty intense in this case means average heart rate close to 150...

Goal - doesn't matter anymore - as long as I lose....geez....better be under 190.
So - I swung way up and have gotten back down to 190...so frustrating. Honestly - that's why i didn't check in on Friday - so lame...
I am getting stronger - but I think I am finally at an age when my body is going to stop the miracle of slight muscle gains while losing fat. It is still happening (per regular DEXA scans) but so much different than when I was younger. I have to really buckle down in order see the results I so desire and need.
Gonna log back on later and read up on what everyone has accomplished - so cool that so many folks in here are really seeing such great results.

It might look like I've lost 4lbs in a week but I've probably lost closer to 2lbs. I think my weigh in last week was higher than expected because of water weight. Got another 5 weeks of cutting to go. Hoping to get down to 80kg. Very pleased with the results so far.

A little drop is FINALLY nice. Body composition is visibly changing - so I think I am doing ok - just wish the scale would smile on me a bit more. I am officially 62 down - so that's great. I will do another DEXA soon to see where my BF% really is now...always so great to see those numbers.

Body composition changing is good cos you can see the results, I’ve been similar to you not seeing much movement on the scales but deffo can in the mirror. Would like the scale to move more than it is but seeing changes keeps the motivation levels up.
