Week 1: Friday 1st June....90,7
Week 2: Friday 8th June....201.5 (gained weight, Stopped counting calories since i am fasting throughout the day still amazed how easy it is to gain, workout poor and no cardio due to hunger and thirst. fortunately my month of fasting will be over from tomorrow. Looking forward to go back to counting calories and starting cardio.

Decent progress, each kg makes a visible difference now.
4/4 workouts this week, a couple gentle jogs with the Mrs as well. Workouts have been brutal while carb depleted, it's been really hard to keep intensity and volume up on such a hefty deficit. But somehow I have managed. Father's day re-carb coming up on Sunday. I am looking forward to a maintenance day...

96,6kg said the scale today. It is been a bit weird week. My weight was already down to 98,8 kg on Monday, but since then I have gained weight every day despite being in deficit. Well, I know I have not gained any fat, so it does not really matter...

Edit: On monday I was up to 214 due to lack of focus on the weekend. So I lost 5lbs from monday to today. Wish i hadn´t cheated during the weekend.
This has been my problem Weekends.

"Quite difficult" doesn't really begin to describe it... honestly though, its the lack of carbs that is causing me distress... Its so hard to keep the carb number below 20g a day so I have enough space for decent protein(200g) and bare minimum fat (45g). Day to day rotting is ok, but as soon as I need to perform physical work its like I am running on empty. I cant argue with the results though, and it helps that my wife is doing a psmf stint also since I am not constantly looking at what she eats with envy
Of the originals, (at least from my perspective) its only you, me and steve that are still here regularly. Well done man, you have been a pretty consistent motivation.

Hey guys! Checking in, down to 244, was 247 a week 1 and 249 starting. 5lb drop, I’m happy with that. Starting to notice some mid section shrinkage. Been going to the gym although I skipped Wednesday this week cuz of a migraine. In other news I did go get my blood drawn yesterday afternoon to check thyroid and blood contents and again thismorning to check test levels. Let’s hope the test is low and that’s why I’m seeing slow progress. Cheers!
