Not worth it if you ask me. So many other Multi's out there that are just as good and won't break the bank. Plus the verdict is still out if multi's actually do anything at all. Even the USDA doesn't stand by vitamins, they say eat food first. It's pretty much a billion dollar industry where the product has no solid proof if it benefits us.

The reason that people have joint pain is because of inflammation. Inflammation is telling the body that something is wrong, and that all starts in our gut. So keep the gut healthy you should be eating sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha. Keep a steady consumption of eating foods that are high in Omega-3 and Vitamin D. Popular sources of these nutrients include fatty fish like salmon, sardines, cod and herring, as well as walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and canola oil.
Most of nutrients from a multi get absorbed by the body before anything happens. So in reality, even professionals, no one can tell exactly what is working from a vitamin, it's hit or miss. And vitamin will certainly not help joint issues in the long run, you need real food for that. And keeping inflammation down in the body.

This is inherently scientifically incorrect. Inflammation does not have to start in the gut. It can start anywhere. Not to mention there is probably no beneficial probiotic gut health effects from sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, yogurts etc.
