I gave a bottle to my in-laws to try to get them on a healthy vitamin. A week later she was over the house and asked "Do those vitamins make you pee glow in the dark?"
I lul'd and said yes; you know you are getting good and saturated with B's then!!

She said she feels good on them. I'll order them another bottle with my next order as well.

Perfectly fine, it doesn't matter when you take it as long as you get in the full dosing (6 pills) throughout the day and preferably with a meal.

Except nobody really eats a solid, well rounded diet..

So for almost all of society.. a multi vitamin is imperative.

Not worth it if you ask me. So many other Multi's out there that are just as good and won't break the bank. Plus the verdict is still out if multi's actually do anything at all. Even the USDA doesn't stand by vitamins, they say eat food first. It's pretty much a billion dollar industry where the product has no solid proof if it benefits us.

Nobody should choose to take supplemental vitamins instead of eating food, of course.

Most of nutrients from a multi get absorbed by the body before anything happens. So in reality, even professionals, no one can tell exactly what is working from a vitamin, it's hit or miss. This is inherently scientifically incorrect. Inflammation does not have to start in the gut. It can start anywhere. Not to mention there is probably no beneficial probiotic gut health effects from sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, yogurts etc.

i think he thinks that we think that the vitamins/minerals support the joints (i.e. he doesnt realize we have specific ingredients for that)

grapes
pineapple
kiwi
papaya
and of course Omega 3's
