cannot decide. sell or not sell 130 lb powerblocks?

should i sell my powerblocks? I was going to use them for quick weight changes but i think i may keep the 1 to 100 york set i made and use my ironmasters for weights over 100 up to 165 lbs. Nothing quicker than individual dumbbells for weight changes. i also got 3 nice 2 tier racks for the yorks.

The powerblocks can go up to 130 lbs so i am sure i can get a decent amount.

    ugh first world poblems lol

I don’t think anyone can decide this for you...it depends on how much space you have, how much dumbbell work you do, and what feels more comfortable when you lift.

Me, I wouldn’t trade my powerblocks for anything. They check all my boxes...others will differ.

how much are you selling for? I was thinking of going in for individual dumbbells but this may save lots of space for me that is if you intend to sell

I'd sell so you can buy more gym equipment. You really need to step up your game in that regard.

My experience with PBs (love 90 and below), the additional amounts suck both in the change of adding the big base thing and the increments. Sell them, ask for top dollar and use your old Dbs or keep the PBs to 90 and sell the attachment kit. Someone will pay top dollar since it is no longer made

While I love my PBs if you have room and already own separates in 1-100s + Ironmasters for same or much heavier...I can't see any reason to hold these.

I see your options: I'll comment on the globes. For a short time I trained at an old school dungeon style gym that had the vintage globes. Coming from a gym that had Iron Grips and another gym that had rubber coated Ivanko Prostyles, I found globe dumbbells to be pretty awkward and kind of a pain to use, they had no knurl, the bar diameter was too thin, and the shape was awkward compared to a modern dumbbell. I really disliked using them. They had globes as heavy as 100 lbs IIRC. The handles on them were bent on a few pairs, I think that is fairly common with those. Really the only good thing about them is they look cool as hell.
I also didn't like the round/blob style dumbbells for similar reasons.

I am of the philosophy where if I don't use something I get rid of it right away. If you don't use the power blocks, sell them. But my home "gym" is basically just a few really minimal pieces of equipment. I have a gym membership I use once a week just to do some machine stuff I can't do at home.

I didnt like the thin handles at first but i seem to be used to it. It doesnt bother me much anymore. I think its their so you concentrate more to grip it correctly
