i train in my garage most of the time and temps have been in the 100s lately..... even with fans going the garage was miserably hot today. i was tempted to blow off training but thought better of it...whew. no PR's today but i was just happy to get a decent session in considering the conditions. i usually train in the evenings but with temps like this im going to have to switch to AM's before work.

todays high will be 106 so i hit the garage at 600am and it was still quite warm! had a good session tho with great endurance and focus, its so nice when the MMC is strong on a back day. you can feel the target muscles engaging and really isolate them!. hit all my sets and goals....Clear Muscle still performing like a champ."MuscleTech Supporter"

maintaining weight right around 180 lbs but feel like my strength is ticking up. im thinking about upping my calories 200-300 and see if i can take advantage of some Clear Muscle gains in the form of additional lean mass.....seems to me like the perfect time for a mini lean bulk!"MuscleTech Supporter"

6/29 weight 180.2 bumped my cals up from 2500 to 2700. carbed out yesterday and weight has jumped a few tenths

Barbell Calf Raises....4 sets of 15
tried something new today in Landmine Squats. basically a front squat using the landmine, slightly different ROM tho. went a bit lighter and tried too take them ATG. worked the quads hard and really felt the isolation...i think Clear Muscle recovery benefits are going to be put to the test!"MuscleTech Supporter"

was very pleasantly surprised by the minimal soreness from the previous leg day...thanks CM! did shoulders and abs today and hit 80s on the seated dumbbell press....stoked! all other movements and sets done with precision and focus. got me a new ab wheel and ditched the old one with assisted returns...this one is much harder and i like it. abs were burning!"MuscleTech Supporter"

7/10 weight 178.1...slowly inching upwards which is exactly what i want. going to maintain my slight caloric excess, feeling stronger with the added calories and of course, Clear Muscle. todays Chest/Tri session is always on of my favorites, i really enjoy all the movements and get a great overall pump!

did this workout yesterday and went fairly heavy but nothing out of control. for some reason im REALLY feeling it today, particularly in the glutes! ive been spending the morning trying to figure out what i did different or out of the ordinary and cant think of a thing, i done this same workout numerous times in the past. guess its just one of those things that happen on occasion. id hate to think what id be feeling if i wasnt using Clear Muscle!"MuscleTech Supporter"

had an early am session today, trying to beat the heat! Military Presses are a lift that ive struggled with in the past, worked on my form today and felt like i made some definite progress. i think part of my problem has been trying to go too heavy, too soon.
