Gotcha. At that point for him to not abide by every command I’d say is idiotic. With how many showed up, he had to have known they were itching for something to go down and it did. Honestly, had he just listened, they would’ve figured out he wasn’t whatever they thought he was and he would’ve gotten a ticket and moved on. Up in the air right now as I can’t hear everything.

It’s obvious he has the millionaire entitled thing going on but why are you so upset over him parking illegally at 2 am? What handicapped person would be upset especially if the business was closed like Hawkeye said it was. Something isn’t adding up here. His attitude does give me a few less fuks to give about his feelings in this.

Completely understandable which is why I’m surprised this got out of hand. The guy is in the NBA and is probably well known in the area. Lots of questions going on in my head that aren’t adding up though. Gonna sleep on this one and try to find a source with better audio. Even my iPad turned all the way up wasnt enough.

My question is if the restaurant was actually closed, does it really matter to ordinary citizens like us? I see why it drew the cops attention. I can’t hear the audio very well but I’m trying to figure out why did they move to arrest him? Did they want to look in his car? I saw the manlet cop set the car alarm off a few times and he’s shut it off. Was that testing to see if the car was his or not? What dialogue led the cop to scream,” hands out of your pocket!l? It’s obvious once they all jump on him and get him to the ground that he’s resisting. The taser part really doesn’t bother me. It’s eberything leading up to that with dialogue and posturing that has me perplexed. Body language went from chill to completely fukked in a second.

Came in to find out which NBA player was also blessed with a pair of pipes worthy for singing choir, and had the time to do both.

Amazes me the excuses everyone makes to justify choosing to be outraged and the questioning of every stupid little scenario detail. I work nights and I travel overnight, on the road and random places all the time at 2,3,4 am whatever. Every single time I've been pulled over for speeding, which is kind of a lot, or some other things I won't mention here from when I was younger, I've had to keep hands visible, cooperate and do what they say. If you don't want to be tazed or shot it's not that hard to obey a few basic things. Hell I go an extra step at night if it's late or there's nobody else around and I turn the inside dome light on in the truck, roll down all the windows, and keep my hands on the steering wheel until told otherwise.

Got some earbuds and cranked it up. What I get from it is he stopped to run into Walgreens that was open. Obviously the entire parking lot was empty so it was stupid for him not to park legally although I still think you’re tore up about him parking that way. He didn’t commit murder.
Cop initially wanted to give him a slap on the wrist but he claims the guy got in his face and didn’t listen when he told him to back up. Lol a three inches when the guys arm span is 7 feet. Guy says the cop put his hands on him which initiated the in your face moment the cop stated( he did get the cop stumbling on his words later in the video).
Cop them calls for backup and the guy handles things poorly which leads to him being tased.
20 minutes of bullchit because dick measuring contest between cops and NBA player.
What’s gonna be the kicker is when the cop said he was going to let him off and then he got lippy which made the cop think he might’ve had something on him or in the car which led to the rest of the video. I’d like to see video of when the cop first noticed his car parked illegally to clear all that up. Taser was ok to me since it looked as if he was resisting, hard to tell though because no one yelled stop resisting once plus there were a half dozen cops who jumped him in an instant. I’ll abree the nba guy was a dick but that’s part of the job as a cop and it doesn’t justify excessive/unnecessary force. IMO this should be something that’s swept under the rug but this will end with someone on the police force being put on leave for a while and extreme backlash from locals and paid non locals. Because the guy has money, this will sting more than if it were just a normal person. Money will win out.

So because I match the demographic of a high crime statistic (even though I have no criminal record) I should be treated as if i'm guilty until proven innocent by default?
Its 2AM in the morning. Not to mention, I see cops parking perpendicular to parking spots all the time, and in the middle of the day when the business is open so they're actually taking up spaces for customers to park....I guess its "do as I say, not as I do"

For First Responders/LE ya, sometimes we park like *******s out of necessity. I'm always going to position my vehicle so I can leave in a hurry if I have to. And I definitely don't want to have some jackass park super close to my vehicle so as to inhibit my ability to enter/exit my vehicle. Chill bro you're better than this.

Bunch of race baiting cop demonizing *******s if you side with this scum. Absolutely disgusting how LEOs are treated today.

Lol what. Just because a police officer tells you to not do something, especially something that something isn't illegal, doesn't mean you have to listen to him/her. You are in your right as an American to do whatever the fuk u want to do and act however the fuk you want as long as it is in accordance with the laws of the land and our constitution. Exactly. At 2 AM, an officer sees a vehicle parked across two handicapped parking spaces. The officer HAS to assume this person is a jackass until proven otherwise.
Instead, it’s seen as cops hassling some poor innocent guy, trying to assert their ‘privilege’.
And the lib media can’t understand why we despise them, why Trump won, etc.“From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberèd—
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother...”

That's exactly what I meant by proportion.
Here's the problem with this sort of racial profiling: It's still a small percentage of the entire black population who commit crimes and even fewer who are violent. Your argument gives that impression that it's much greater than it is.
How many times have cops gotten violent with blacks, only to find out that the dead guy, or the tazed guy as the case may be, wasn't dangerous?E Pluribus Unum
