    Thank you! I hate the crossed arms - never feels as stable to me. I had to do the crossed arms when I had de quervains earlier this year But I've been working on that arm position for 2.5 years so it's gotten better over time

    Here's my full review (also posted here: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...post1560704701 as well as in the store):

    I had been battling strength plateaus, confidence issues, injuries and general health problems and hadn't hit a real PR in anything since November or before. Clear Muscle did help me get stronger! I was able to hit some PR's during or immediately after the three months. I did not do any extracurricular 1RM testing because that would cause my coach to have more heartburn than I already give him. But I did hit a rep PR on close grip bench, a PR on 1RM on comp grip bench, and am well past my 1RM on squats based on how 95% and 97.5% of 1RM moves. I also met a rep PR at 110 pounds for 6 on comp bench. I hit that once by the skin of my teeth a while ago and this week it moved well.

    It's been a couple weeks now since I ran out and the strength has not decreased so I do believe it was adding muscle versus some sort of placebo effect or temporary energy, and the muscle didn't go away after ceasing the supplementation which is awesome.

    Overall, I did find taking it three times daily was hard. I wish it was available in a different formula since taking pills isn't my favorite thing. A liquid (or powder, but guessing powder is impossible because it was liquid inside the caps!) you could add to drinks or PWO would have been awesome. Especially the sour flavor (yes, don't ask how I know this) would be a great protein alternative for intraworkout drinks since I prefer drinking sour things instead of milky things intraworkout.

    Overall, its a great supplement for getting strong, especially if you're in a slump or plateau like I was! I was hoping to evaluate it during a cut to see if helped me gain strength in a deficit, but I was not disciplined enough over summer....
