Yes, I have a bad habit of slacking on supps when things are going crappy
In the meantime, I can barely breathe without coughing so deadlifts are going to have to wait at least another day or two. But I feel somewhat human today so I must be on the mend.
Trip was fun, but both of us being sick and crabby made an impact. Fortunately there's a lot more to do in Vegas than gamble, which was good because casinos are smoky AF. I actually wasn't sure if I was sick or just getting a sore throat and cough from all the smoke. Absinthe was awesome, we got our day bed at the pool which was cool aside from the poachers that just hang out next to your spot, steal your water, light up more cigarettes...., we had some really amazing meals and I personally loved Opium but I like dirty humor and I'm not offended by gay people or drag queens. I did not get drunk once though - not sure if the drinks were really watered down or if living in altitude really pumped up my tolerance, or a mix of both. I would like to go back at a less busy time(and maybe when we're not sick) so we can give it another try.Team Ogre Mascot

The heat is killing me. That probably sounds whiny since it's nowhere near as hot here as many other places in the country, but we're at 8000 feet - it's not supposed to be this hot here. Nobody has air conditining and we don't have a window we can open in the bedroom because all we have a sliding glass door, and bears so I'm not sleeping well Sunday I was so exhausted, I barely did anything. Didn't even get out of bed until after noon and then the biggest activities of the day was doing the dishes and going to a BBQ. Not sure if it's just the heat or if I'm still battling my illness.
