Diarrhea
Ive had diarrhea for a couple days now. Should I stop working out? Should I stop eating and taking whey? I **** it out anyway so whats the point if the body won't absorb anything?
And I just had some killer workouts :/

The only new foods I have introduced to my stomach are oats and a different brand of whey. Its hard to find out whats causing the diarrhea because I **** out whatever I eat, even if I only drink water it goes straight out.Originally Posted by jinkty

Then you may have food poisoning, viral enteritis, or some other medical condition. Most of the time diarrhea is temporary and if it's a viral illness it should only last 2 days or so.

It went away yesterday and came back today. Im basically ****ting out macros. FML, I guess I have to see a doctor

Serious question:
Have you looked into being lactose intolerant?- Slow progress, is progress.
- Losing fat is a marathon, not a race.
- Take care of your body, you've only got one.
- Progressive overload + good form.
