    Angry Diarrhea

Ive had diarrhea for a couple days now. Should I stop working out? Should I stop eating and taking whey? I **** it out anyway so whats the point if the body won't absorb anything?

And I just had some killer workouts :/

The only new foods I have introduced to my stomach are oats and a different brand of whey. Its hard to find out whats causing the diarrhea because I **** out whatever I eat, even if I only drink water it goes straight out.

Then you may have food poisoning, viral enteritis, or some other medical condition. Most of the time diarrhea is temporary and if it's a viral illness it should only last 2 days or so.

It would be wise to see a doctor about this.

    Serious question:

Have you looked into being lactose intolerant?
    - Slow progress, is progress.
    - Losing fat is a marathon, not a race.
    - Take care of your body, you've only got one.
    - Progressive overload + good form.
