I’ve been lofting for a little over a month and based on other progression stories and just a lot of thread searching I’ve noticed my squats and dl are behind. My bench is at 160 but both of my lower body compounds are at 225 rn are they that behind and if so what can I do to resolve this and increase the weight I’m still new to the gym. And I just realized today that a deadlift is different than a rdl I’m supposed to be doing an rdl for the program I’m using fierce 5 but have been doing regular deadlifts so when I deadlift again I’ll try the rdl but still I feel like my lower body lifts are lacking in general

Congrats on picking a really good program.
Your lifts are where they are, and as long as the program is solid then there is no problem. If they are truly lagging they will catch up in time as they will naturally progress faster than your more advanced lifts."Listen, I want you to come down here and go dancing with me and we'll have fun together. You know you like The Spaniard, you know you like The Sith Lord, you know that. Hello? You're blushing, I know you're into The Sith Lord, I know it! Hello? Hello? Helloooo? Aww I lost connection."
