    Muscle weakness staying over a week

    Hey.


    Do you know that feeling where your muscles are a bit weaker after a work out? Not sore, but that you try doing a task requiring strength and it just feels harder/more difficult because of muscles being tired?

    My triceps have been 'weaker' in this way for over a week now, and I fear I may be overworking them. I haven't worked out since to let it heal properly.


    Is this normal? Do I need to be more careful?
