I've switched training regime, but don't know the official name of it. Anyone?
You do one set of your exercise, ie bench press instead of say 5x5 or 10x8 or whatever you usually do.
You do 1 rep, followed by 1 second break, 2 reps followed by 2 second break and so on right up to 9 reps followed by 9 second break then final 10 reps and finish.
Total 55 reps with total break of 45 seconds.
I was sceptical til I tried it. Never hurt so much and the DOMS are insane. Love it.
Anyway if you know of what its called I'd love to know

Do you know the offical name for this workout?
