    Disproportional problem

    Hi guys,

I am a 17 year old gym enthusiast and I’m currently in a predicament that I’m unsure as to how I should approach it.

I’ve always had an obsession for big legs so I - obviously unaware and uneducated on the body - trained it more than I should. Now, a few years later, I have enormous legs but my upper body is lagging...

I’ve done a lot of research on nutrition and training and I’m following a fairly strict diet and training program. However, following all the principles of muscle building, I still can’t seem to bring my upper body up to the level of my legs..

Any guidance as to how I can deal with this and improve my upper body so that it is proportional to my legs? Thanks
