Getting closer in strength but not quite there yet. Hopefully in a couple more weeks it will go up, but I am restricting calories some.

Thanks Guys, feels good to be getting back at it and getting under the weight without issue after 7 months of PT on the RC (started going heavier in march again, couldn't lift just the bar last july) Even though I have put up more than this in the past, I feel stronger now in that I have slowed the negative and limited the bottom bounce more than in the past.

I have had the strength in the past, I maxed at 420 but at a BW of 245. I want to get back to 405 at BW of 210. It has just come back super quick and seems to add more size with the TUT training, still fat but found my arms at 19 1/8, where usually they would be 18 1/2 or so at this BW (230).
