    I put the weights away and just feel everyone looking at me - do some abs and left

    one look told me that the tail was broken and i immediately took the cat to vet to see what could be done. he said i could pay for x-rays and that he could immobilize and wrap it up or i could just save the money, leave it alone and that the cat would be fine....just a crooked tail. naturally, i took the 2nd option.

    im glad i saved the money cuz the cat disappeared soon after. but ill never live down this 'fail' with my family as im still constantly reminded of it.

    the poor kittys tail looked something like this after our little encounter.... lol

    WHen doing front squats the other day I was trying a new max without a spotter so when I was down low enough where I hit the safety bar I couldn’t get back up so I sat there acting like it was part of my routine until I didn’t see anyone’s looking then I crouched under the bar and racked it and walked away
    Definitely not 48 I’m 21 idk how to change

    One time I was doing incline bench with 225. I got stuck (was by myself) and so I rolled it down to my hips, thrust it off and up and started doing deadlifts with 225 to make it seem like I meant to do that lol.

    I noticed a few guys were watching me and a few days later I saw some guys doing the same thing on purpose haha

    Was feeling good one day doing squats and hit 355 pretty easily. Decided to try for a new PR and like an idiot I skipped right to 375 instead of doing 365 first. My spotter wasnt paying attention and I started to go way to far forward with no recovery possible....... I had to lower the bar forward and onto the safety rack, pretty much an ATG squat without standing up. I got halfway up though before the slow descent downward lol.

    Not from the US so I'm not entering to win, but here's one of the few real fails I've had.

    Was in my sh!tty uni gym during my undergrad (first year). I usually wouldn't lift in there but didn't have a choice that day. There were no racks at the time so I was doing shrugs on a bench press. I think there was around 385lbs on the bar or so. When I was done, obviously not paying attention, I stripped the one side of the bar. Before I knew it, the bar catapulted off the bench press and into the ground, thankfully not hitting anyone. I got a few unimpressed stares (rightfully so), but I just brushed it off and went about my business. I still think about what would have happened if I had gotten someone hurt. Safe to say it hasn't happened to me since.

    Oh damn, no joke...that could have turned out bad! Funny how doing something once prevents you from doing it again (well, at least those of us who learn quickly...lol)

    im glad i saved the money cuz the cat disappeared soon after. but ill never live down this 'fail' with my family as im still constantly reminded of it.

    the poor kittys tail looked something like this after our little encounter.... lol
