Past two years i settled with someone who wasn't good for me and i went from 200-250 over that time, after our breakup i decided i didn't want to live that way anymore and have been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 4 months, at first it was hard to get the motivation but i started taking a lot of pics to notice the progress, that alone pumped me up more than anything! just seeing how much can change in such little time. These are the results so far though!
