I'm a 26 year old male living in far north Sweden.
Been working out the past 5 years, it has become an habit.
However I been worse about nutrition. I'm addicted to sugar and food I really love, I tend to eat way much of.
Currently I'm in Florida and I haven't signed up for a gym, my workouts here will be all body weight exercises and some cardio with the girl I'm seeing.
Been here for a week and I've 5 weeks to go.
Already lost over 4 lbs but most must be water loss. Either way my girl says I visibly lost fat.
Current stats are
Height: 6' / 182 cm
Weight: 203.5 lbs / 92.3 kg
Bodyfat: unknown, a guess is around 25%
Goal is reaching <80 kg
So my current plan is keep on doing what I'm doing, which simply is to eat less snacks and not to eat way much food. Get some cardio workout in and I will need to maintain the strength by body weight exercises.

I cannot find way to add photos.
Anyway, previous days weight shown between 205-206 lbs.
This morning it said 202 lbs.
Haven't used MyFitnessPal in a while. Might be doing that even if I'm here, depending where and what I eat. No food scale over here and currently running low on budget.
So far quite sure I'm on calorie deficit.
Had a 6+ mile walk just recently to get postcards and send abroad.
4 weeks left in America. 1 kg down a week shouldn't be too hard.
So nearly 10 lbs down before I'm back in Sweden could be a goal.
I'll need also get some strength workout in so the few muscles I actually have doesn't have to suffer..
