It’s been a long time since I posted on these forums.
Anyway, I’m hoping I can get some opinions from those of you that have competed. I’ve had this desire to at least do one competition before I’m too old lol. I’d be lying if I said my nerves weren’t getting in the way of my decision.
I’m 33 years old. Currently 175.4Lbs. I’m about 8 weeks into a cut coming down from 187lbs.
There is a local competition in approximately 5 weeks. Do you think I can prepare in time?
Hopefully this attachment works.
Current calories/macros
Currently doing 3-4 30-45min cardio sessions a week. Approximately 350-400 cals burned per session.
Tips/thoughts/doubts???
