I am 5'8 and 128kg currently, I don't know where I should go with body transformation cause to be honest I am happy with how I am cause I don't really care about aesthetics or impressing ladies, I just enjoy eating food. I also understand that this isn't healthy for me cause my BMI puts me at Obese but I don't know. I wondering where should I start if I want body transformation, Thanks.

You ~are~ obese however unless you find motivation to lose weight, you won't.
Dropping the 50+ pounds you would need to in order to get healthy is a 40+ week commitment to being in a calorie deficit and ideally working out ~hard~ 3-4 times per week with heavy weights to help retain what lean mass you do have under the fat.
No motivation/discipline = failure.~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.

I agree with the other guys and what was said in the other thread.
I am your height and was once in a similar position, though not as extreme. The answer is really simple.
Eat clean, be calorie deficit, no alcohol or soda and lift heavy x3 a week. Include some cardio... I personally prefer bicycling and walking/hiking.
There are a lot of great training plans/regiments on this forum that would be a good starting place.
Just start doing ANYTHING that is being suggested and you are heading down the right path. Find what works.
You have to want it. When you want it, you will get it. Dedication is key.Nothing ever is, but is always becoming.

Sorry, but you seem happy with your weight, and you enjoy food, so mentally, I don't think you have a chance to transform your body. You can prove me wrong, stop eating that food you seem to enjoy so much, get on the fierce 5 program, and eat on a deficit. Sounds easy, but you have to mentally be strong enough to fight the urges of food and bust your ass in the gym. That is not so easy. Now go and do it.
