    Football stats

Would 180 pound defensive end with 275 pound squat 315 pound deadlift and 200 pound bench be good for a freshmen

    Those are good stats,
I'm seeing 225 bench and 315 squat being a milestone for several forum folks here

This. It doesn't matter how good your lifts are. If you suck at the game, you're not going to play. A DE at a buck eighty is pretty small.

You're an incoming freshman. So you're just finishing middle school. Here is what you do. Sign up for your High School's summer strength and conditioning program. Do that 4-5 times a week, shut up, and listen. Listen closely when they demonstrate lifting properly which is something you aren't doing now unless you have a great trainer working with you. No 1/2 squats, no help on every bench rep. Then, when you're done for the morning (dline lifted at 7:30am during the summers when my son was in HS) grab some teammates and work on skills. Even better, find out what the rising senior starters are doing and hang with them (especially those who are planning on playing college football). Count on a number of kids in your league will be working their asses off this summer to get better, they won't be asking folk's on some internet forum if their lifts are good for a freshman. When you meet them on the line of scrimmage they will own your ass and make you their little bitch. So get to work and assume your numbers are crap and your skills are sh&t. Be the best you you can be

He's 19 based on his age above. I assumed he was an incoming freshman to college, not high school. If it's the latter, you can disregard my comment about size.

If incomming freshmen in college then those stats aren't very good. If he's an incomming college freshman then the coach of his team will send him a workout program. His size (weight) would be very light for all NCAA divisions and most of NAIA. He might be competative at a DIII school in the lower 4 or 5 conferences. But hey, he might not see any playing time but he'll have fun hanging with his teammates
