Hey guys, I've been running ICF 5x5. I'm 18, weigh in at around 140 pounds, and am 6 foot 2. Obviously as you can assume I'm trying to bulk.
I'll start off with my breakfast for today.
I woke up super late due to working on schoolwork last night, so I woke up around 12:00PM
Goals: Increase my lifts and look better/stronger!
Everyday I'm trying to reach about 2,400 calories
STARTING WEIGHTS
When I started ICF I started with completely nothing. Using just the bars (less than bar for OHP), bodyweight etc.
LIFTS AS OF 5/18/2018
Squat 90lbsx5
Deadlift 95lbsx5
OHP 45lbsx5
BOR 60lbsx5
Bench 60lbsx5
CGBP 55lbsx8
I use to be higher on most of these lifts, but I completely stalled as I wasn't eating enough (which is why I am starting a log). So I took some weight off, and started eating a lot more.
Breakfast:
Whole wheat toast with chicken salad pack and syrup
350 calories all together, with 29 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs. I'll update at my next meal!
