Every leg day workout has been presenting some odd pain in both my knees no matter the weight, wondering if some sleeves may help keeping my knees warm and stable. Any thoughts suggestions type etc? Thanks

knee wraps / sleeves
My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421

I wear sleeves I also warm up a lot before I do squats. 40 straight reps of BW squats, 15 reps with the bar then sets of 5 reps with 95lbs, 135lbs, 185lbs and then 225lbs. Then my sets start which is typically 3 sets of 8-10 reps with xx weight. Last week I did 2 sets of 315lbs for 8 reps and 1 set of 6 reps with 405lbs.

I bought my Nordic Lifting knee sleeves back on November 2015 from Amazon and they get washed 2-3 times per week in the sink and couple times a month in the washing machine and are still holding up fine.

Knees are so cranky I can't imagine squatting without them these days.

SBD every time I squat. Knee pain can be warm up or form.

Actually super easy-
1) Put them on so the top of the sleeve is touching just below the knee;
2) Fold the bottom up and the top down;
3) Grab the bottom of the sleeve and pull up to just under your thigh;
4) Fold the two ends back down and adjust as needed.
Agree with sizing. Too many people buy them too small so they can get a pop in the hole and they need a team to get them on☻/

I have used Inzer knee sleeves for a good 4 years, same pair. Just starting to show their age. What I like about them is that they give great support, are adjustable and they breathe. Neoprene to me is hot. But, the SBD sleeves is a great product.
