already passing your tests... don't do anything stupid to injure yourself before shipping out. IMO stay away from the gym and machines / freeweights.
Do as IW said above... but would include burpees, mountain climbers, Planks (AKA Front Leaning Rest Position), Six Inches, leg raises, and other forms of torture such as the above.
Your goal now isn't to get stronger--you're already passing tests--just to prepare your body for abuse... smoke yourself every day randomly 15-60m at a time... run every morning... get a heavy backpack and march around in boots... NOT your comfy shoes... get those calluses going ahead of time...Fluid's happy-sunshine-bright-feeling-for-you Fierce5 log -- now with REAL cheese!

Start doing 15 sets of time machine builds every day, so you can go back and have more than a month to prepare

Not really enough time now to run anything structured and make huge improvements so, just dont pick up any nagging injuries, and just go out at random times and thrash yourself with whatever vomit inducing circuit of exercises come to mind, and run between everything, then run after a bit more, run more than you think is morally right to make yourself run, ease it off the last 1-2 weeks, be recovered but dont get lazyFMH Crew resident manlet
