Question about extended release protein and fasting

My first posting here, very happy to be able ask questions to be honest with you!

I'm wondering if anyone knows about the proteins that release over time (example, Hexapro by AllMax) and intermittent fasting. Example, take extended release protein just before you start fasting will delay the start of the fasting process?

Do you eat meat OP? If so, meat can take up to 72 hours to digest. Does that mess with your fast?

There is no real upside to fasting other than for some it helps control intake.
