    Stretch marks

Today I have noticed stretch marks on my hamstrings, what can I do to minimize it and should I stop working on my legs ?

No you should not stop working out your legs.

Stretch marks are going to happen so learn to deal with it. You can put on something like Coco Butter or google stretch mark specific creams to help reduce visibility.

Yup. Don't let the stretch marks compromise your training.

I might recommend fish oil to try and internally boost your skin health.

Avocado oil or coconut oil as a topical treatment might help a little as well.

    Moisturizing daily is also recommended.

You can also try to use a pommel stone to "sand" that skin area - gently of course! and overtime it may reduce the marks. Or at least smooth them out.
