    Question What to do?

So far I have been working out for 6 weeks and started out at 27.1 bf. I was at 23.4 two weeks ago when I got my scan. I added cardio almost every day to my routine after lifting. Is there any other ways other than running that I can add to keep losing fat percentage? I do not want to stay at 23.4. My goal is to be in the 15-18% bf range. I eventually would like to compete in a bikini competition. Any tips/advice to meet this goal? Thanks in advance.

A good old fashioned calorie deficit is the best option. Every calorie you consume is one more you have to burn. Good luck with your goal, it sounds doable with dedication.
Just show up. Move some iron. Put in the time. Eat enough food.
