    Angry Is it normal for someone to eat this many calories and still not gain weight??

    When I started off 3 months ago I was 120. Now I’m 138, not active at all besides going to the gym, eating 3300 calories a day and I still am not gaining weight. Is this normal?? I know you’re gonna say I have to eat more but I’m already struggling

    You have gained 18 pounds in 3 months... why do you think you are not gaining weight?

    138-120=18.
    18/3mos=6lbs/mo.
    6lbs=21,000Cal month surplus.
    21,000/30days=700Cal/day.
    3300Cal-700Cal=2600Cal is your TDEE.

    Eat more.

    Up your intake, that is IF you are counting calories correctly, and not gaining at the current intake

    Thats a lot to gain in that short time frame if you are concerned with minimizing fat gains

    Read stickies as well since you state you are a noob
