Still arguably the best all around preworkout. And longest lasting fullness I've had from a product.

If that L-Theanine dose was bumped up to 200mg, I feel like it would calm me into a nice state, but for some.. I could see that being to much.

There is a reason theanine isnt that high.

It is dosed higher in Orange BrainWash, also intentionally.

Sounds like White Lightning is winning the popular vote, but if it causes me to fail WADA testing, I'm out of USAPL for a couple years.

I have heard stories of supplement companies adding banned substances, without putting them on the label...
Or, am I just overthinking this?

It is your responsibility as a competing athlete to know the allowed and prohibited substances and check the labels + buy from a reputable company where you can trust the label shows everything that it in the product.

Yep, all responsibility falls on the competitor, which is why the only products I take right now are GNC brand (whey and creatine). Figure they have been around long enough to not be willing to risk reputation.
For the record, I am most concerned about ingredients that aren't listed on the label...

There is nothing illegal in White Flash so you wouldnt fail a drug test. The only issue you could potentially have with ANY supplement from a reputable company would be if the governing body has restrictive rules above and beyond national laws.

You would have to check with each governing body.

Old Meso was definitely one of them. Old Wicked hit even harder than Meso. Current Senegalia Meso is awesome, hits quick too.

Pre Kaged has 274mg of caffeine. Hyde is 400mg + Yohimbe. If energy was the only comparing factor, I'm not sure it's a fair comparison. I think Pre Kaged is a more well-rounded pre-workout though.

That's probably why it doesn't hit me as hard as Hyde, I'll stick with it a bit longer and see if I change my mind.
