Met with a posing coach yesterday and did an hour n half with her. Managed to work out my whole routine now it’s just a case of practicing it over and over.
I also think body wise I’m stage ready which is nice with 3 weeks to go still. Obviously this brings other issues such as there’s a strong urge to relax a bit but the last thing I want to do is look better today than I do in 3 weeks time so gotta stay on top of it still.
All things considered I’m really pleased with where I am & that my prep has gone so well and I’m going into the last few weeks with less pressure.
I’ve managed to lose weight every single week since the start of November which has tested my discipline to the max.
So all good today probably have a little treat meal tomorrow night then bang till the show

There’s no doubt that the intensity to my workouts has dropped in recent weeks but that’s to be expected in the calorie deficit that I’ve been in. It’s been tough to train at all & sometimes I feel just completely zonked out. Volume has dropped slightly too purely because I’ve got nothing in the tank but I’m trying to tick over and do as much as I can.
This was yesterdays workout and I done 20 minutes of posing practice afterwards.

Day off the weights today. Did 40 minutes cardio this morning though.
Ate more than I should have yesterday which included a cheese sandwich & losing in a bit with a spoon and a jar of chocolate spread lol. Don’t think there will be any lasting damage but my weight was up this morning probably due to extra water from carbs I’m sure.
So it’s Sunday & I’ll keep the diet tight today. Just need to hang in there I’m so close now...

Not long now. When I started this journey I just wanted to get my body in the sort of condition that would not look out of place on the stage. I think I’ve achieved that and feel good already at what I’ve done.
Of course it would be great to get placed and take a little trophy home but we’ll see. I’ve entered both over 35 & over 45. Over 45 is the one I’m really hoping to do my best in and just entered the other because I thought I may as well get up on the stage a couple times if I’m gonna do this lol.
This process has been extremely tough especially mentally but there’s just a few days left now to stay focused. Once this is done I don’t think I’d do it again. Not sure I’d want to put myself through this again lol.
Even lighter weights than normal today. This week isn’t about trying to push myself too much in training
